What is the intended use of the quilt?

This a bed quilt that was created as a pattern sample.

What quilting is needed to enhance the quilt?

Many of the fabrics in this quilt have flowers, so I used that as my inspiration for the quilting. The border is quilted with a loop and daisy design. In the center of each block, I quilted a daisy. The alternating strips around each block were quilted using loops. This is an example of how one quilting design—the border—can be taken apart and used in other areas of the quilt, creating a comprehensive approach that ties the quilt together. This is partial custom quilting.
